Heartbreaking

Continental Flight 3407, a Q400 operated by Colgan Air went down on approach to Buffalo taking the lives 45 passengers, 4 crew members and one on the ground.

God rest their souls and be with the families of their loved ones.

Nothing else matters.

I enabled comment moderation about year ago and this post is a very good example of why. This is my blog and I will post comments of my choosing. Do you have to agree with me to be posted? No. Do you have to show a little class and a shred of human decency? Yes.

This post is about the passengers and crew of Colgan Flight 3407 and simple heartfelt sympathy. It is not about who, what or why. That is the job of the NTSB.

I will not post comments that are speculative, ill-informed and grossly display one's lack of knowledge in Part 121 commercial aviation.

If you consider yourself an "expert" in aviation and know the cause, perhaps you've missed your calling and should be employed by the NTSB, FAA or NASA where your talent won't go unrecognized.

The bodies are still being recovered from the scene and families are just beginning to mourn. Let it be.

I'm sorry that you had to leave a comment like that and must moderate. A few wankers ruin it for everyone.

Enjoy your blog much.

Cheers.
